Maintenance

64.9 kg and doing fine. Lost the carbs I gained when I was away last week. Woohoo!

Onwards and downwards and doing fine. 😀
143.1 lb Lost so far: 67.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
