Definitely need to exercise during the weekend after pushing body to loose 4kg in a week. Exercise, even light, is needed to help my body maintain the weight loss at and below 56kg.
It's a mental and physical struggle to get below 56kg.
Been there, done that, don't really wanna go back.....but.....goals goals goals.
55kg mark in 2 weeks.
Doing it slowly so my face doesn't look like a 💀 and less resistance from mind & body to stay below 56kg.

127.2 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
