Ketogenic diet works well with 50g carbs. Dropped 6lbs in two weeks which is the lowest I have been. Looked back in my records and they go back to early 2014 and nothing close. I trained 5 days a week for the last 3 years, used every diet known to man and could not crack it. Keto done the job. Note: using keto and staying in my target calorie range for my height and weight at all times. Tried that on all other diets but it never worked but it did in keto. Feel great, training great and sleeping great. I am a convert and find it a great way to eat and easy to stick to. Burgers for breakfast with cream cheese, half avocado and olives for lunch and pork chop cooked in butter with winter veg for tea. Loving it.

I’ve just started tracking my carbs and have finally started to loose weight again after a full year of nothing, considering Keto..

Just started this yesterday hope i have your success. Did you eat cheese and cream? Conflicting reading online. Some people say cut back on the dairy and some say have as much as you want. Seems weird eating fat to lose fat 😜
