Haven't been dieting. Been drinking my gallon of water and green tea every day. I gave up red meat and pork a month ago. Starting on the first I am giving up sugar as much as possible. Been building a gym in our basement.
366.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 116.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
