Just started today.I weighed myself and was less then what I had originally entered.Yeah! anyways,the slim fast shake was pretty tasty.I am off to work!
295.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 January 2008:
1708 kcal Fat: 50.43g | Prot: 91.29g | Carb: 226.96g.   Breakfast: Slim Fast High protein, banana. Lunch: Slim fast high protein, Cheez-it 100 Calorie Right Bites, water, lean cuisine. Dinner: feta cheese,  tomatoes, bacon, scallops,  green salad. Snacks/Other: granola mix. more...
