This looking at calories thing seems to be working. I like going one day at a time (vs. a whole week like WW). We'll see how it works this week.

Did go to the WW meeting today - and that's always an inspiration.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
