On Monday I was 101.8kg this Morning I am back to weight before the tooth abscess- I
am more than Happy - I have lost 18.7kg in 2 months and 2 weeks - so proud of my self and the other people are noticing it as well - Lets see if I can shed another 4 kg before Xmas - Would like to stand on 25kg by the end of January - Have a super week FS Buddies

218.9 lb Lost so far: 56.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
