Rapid.weight.loss. Just stepped on the scale, stepped off, and stepped back on. I've lost 5lbs! It may be all water weight, but at this stage of the game, I'm taking it. The only "exercise" I got yesterday was going to WalMart to go grocery shopping and using my feet to move my wheelchair. I woke up with my sciatic nerve acting up, so I doubt I'm going to do much today. It's also raining, which stops me from going outside and wheeling myself around in the yard. I am going to use my walker inside if I stop hurting.



I only got 58% of my RDI yesterday. I have to have more calories today. Time to take the laptop into the kitchen and find some Dukan recipes for the Attack Phase.


190.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
