Meal planning is on the To Do list for in the morning.
Apricot-Almond Galette, and blueberry galette are at the top of the list to put in the freezer, and then I'm hunting down a recipe for Ezekiel bread. I scored huge on Bob's Red Mill grains this past week at the store, and the health store version of Ezekiel bread is too much for the budget. Meat for the week is lean beef, lean pork, salmon, tuna, clams, mussels, and talapia.
SO sick of not being able to lose weight. 189.4 today - same old, same old 5lbs up and down. Since I can't exercise to even break a sweat, I'm going to go on a VLCD. My cholesterol is out of whack, and my bp is too high. I'm now on meds to try to control both, and I hate it. I HAVE to get this weight under control!

I just finished dinner - One 4 oz. Italian turkey sausage hamburger with some sauteed onions and 4 cherry tomatoes, and one Muffin in a Minute. I'm full. I'm going to do my exercises in about an hour, and then finish out my water intake for the day.
This week, it is supposed to be all protein, and the Attack Phase for me is supposed to be 7 days. Today is Day 4. I've had a few sweets every night though (and wine last night - WHAT was I thinking), and I am SO not going to do that tonight! I may do an extra day or two on the Attack phase before I move into the Cruise Phase.
I am already tired of turkey, but have 2 more servings in the refrigerator. There is a reason I only eat it at Thanksgiving! :-@ I've got pepper steak thawing for lunch tomorrow, and am looking forward to that. Having Scallop chowder minus the potatoes for dinner -- YUM!
Things are finally "moving" if you know what I mean, and my headache finally cleared up, so I'm ready to settle down and get to work on planning out my meals for the next couple of weeks.
I am going to finish out the evening with water. Even though I've got 153 calories left to reach my RDI, my sodium level is too high, and I've got to keep an eye on that.

2 lbs. down! I'll take that since I was up 1 lb. yesterday. I did not sleep well last night, and I cheated on purpose. Yesterday was a bit hard. I miss my veggies, and today is only Day 4 off 7! Have to make sure it's nothing but protein now for the next 3 days. Exercise is today. I am alternating days since I'm doing an entire hour long series of what amounts to combined weights and band with aerobics. Hope it does not rain so I can get outside for a little while. I want to use my crutch canes and walk the driveway today. (Much easier said than done.)
