Super excited to say another 2lbs lost last week. Finally done with my 1 month of getting back my weight lifting rhythm. Tho I'm not lifting what I use to lift a year ago I happy to say I got my motion back. Bench press. deadlift and squat. Total lost this month was 8LBS. No more full body workouts, back to the bro splits. Push/pull/ legs. Still cutting though. Going to loose another 8 to 10lbs this month.. stay positive
