I haven't been using this site for some time. I was introduced to My Fitness Pal back in September 2011 and have been logging my calories and excersize through their site. It really has helped me stay on track. To date I have lost 80 lbs, went from size 18 to 10. And lost inches over my entire body. My profile is determinedhealthy shouls you decide to check it out.
