Weighing myself daily helps me stay under control .....stayed under 20 carbs and back down I go...I need to start excercising then maybe I could drop a couple more pounds I've just been so busy but it is so important
149.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Weighing daily also can have a negative affect.if u don't see daily changes .I used to do that buy I downloaded an app for my weight only so it reminds me to weigh once a week every Monday morning . It helps cause when I see 4 lbs down then I get more confidence to push harder and.to keep up the hard work. I have 14 more lbs to reach my 30lb goal then to set my next 30 after ..I set me smaller yet reachable goals because I found in the past I get discouraged if I set my goal let's say 150 lbs . It is such a smaller number to see 30lbs... now.I have 14 left of that goal... keep up the hard work we can do this... we are in charge here.not this body.. .. you get it girl!!!!! Keep on striving !!!!God bless you all loves!!!
