I haven't lost or gained any weight, I put the wrong weight for my first initial weigh in.

Last night I burned the most calories I have ever done in one gym session. It came to 383, I was quite proud of myself! No workout tonight, but tomorrow!
146.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
