omg almost three thousand calories candy the new recipe turned out pretty good i over ate thou work late tomorrow race is on saturday need to close the bedroom window had two good workouts today but it doesnt help when i over eat
134.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
