today is 10 years since I weighed in at 253 and went on a diet. I never gained it back. this morning I weighed in at 158.5. my goal weight is always 140, but frankly at 64 yrs. old, I am quite content at this maintainable amount.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 95.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
