i woke up early and i weighed in at 181, i probably had a lot of sodium in my body with all that coke, chips and bad items i ate before i started this diet. 127 here i come!


well i was happy that my weight went down since yesterday. I have to go to Walmart today so i plan to walk the perimeter 10X, that is my plan for exercise today. I also have some running around to do today so hopefully that will burn some calories. i am up early today, so hopefully i can get some housework done. I have to work tonight and need to take a nap. I also wanna do my hair today and get it straightened. I wanna make some promises to myself. They are as follows:

1. Not to bite my nails anymore, i had a very stressful last 30 days and all that should be over now, so there is no reason to be worried anymore.

2. Stay away from regualar soda, this is my biggest vice. I love Coke and Mountain Dew. I need to drink more diet and water.

3. I need to do some sort of exercise everyday, even if it is like 10 min.

Okay 127 here I come!!![b]
