I have been very indulgent as of late. Thing is it only makes me feel like I was missing out before. I need to find a nice middle ground of healthy but not "dieting".

What about eating what you want 2 days a week and being more selective the other 5 days? That way it doesn't quite feel like you are missing out on the good stuff!
