Maintenance. All good. I know the weight will jump up and down with changes in diet and building muscle. With Christmas coming I know I'll have to eat in moderation. It doesn't mean I can't enjoy Xmas lunch and pudding though. And an occasional piece of white Christmas, homemade of course so I know what goes into it. Watch out for all those additives and preservatives. A bit of time spent in the kitchen to create all those Xmas goodies is better than eating all the numbers in the processed foods. And you can add your recipe into Fatsecret to work out portion sizes and nutrients to keep those sugars or fats under control and within calories allocated. That's what I am doing anyway. 😜🤔😂😏😄
