I weighed-in today and I am the same weight as last week. I did make a vegetarian gumbo soup last night for dinner with a package of seasoning that had a lot of sodium, so I won't do that again before a weigh-in. I really need to increase my work outs and cut back even more on the intake.... Time to switch things up a bit!
