Nice lil weight in today, 224.2.

Guess what? I was at 224.2 last week at this time. I feel like I am at a plattteueueueueue. But hey, I have felt this way numerous times on my journey, I remember staring at 246, and 235, and other numbers for what seemed like "Way too long". Now, I dont stress it as much, but just a lil' bit. Usually there is a happy time after where the bottom falls out and I lose a few lbs.

I shared that I try to hit 3X RDI on my cheat days on a forum, and honestly I do. I generally never can hit that amount of food, and just go "free for all" on my Friday funfest. I have been told by the King that the proper amount is 2X or so. Anyway, I have been doing this since day 1 of the journey, and I will tone it down a bit. I need a change of pace now and a refocusing.

My cheat day lately has not been the problem, it is the beer fueled party nights, and the follow on recovery days that hurts. I know very well this is bad and try to stay away from it, but sometimes there are friends in town or social events where it happens. Easter was another killer, and that day I probably reached 100X RDI with the banana pudding and other goodies (and beers).

This weekend is 'merican Mother's Day. So for my wife tomorrow I am baking a carrot cake (kids love it too). We are also going to the market in the AM to get healthy and unhealthy stuff for our chill-axing weekend.
