Today is just like any other day. But, this morning i made a pledge to myself that i would carry out the challenge that i signed up for, no matter how much weight i lose or not any at all. This challenge is about losing weight, but carrying out the challenges requirments, which i need to keep improving my bad flaws in the eating world, like portion sizes, writing down the food i eat, and not cheat :(. One of my biggest problems is that i live with a lot of people that depend on me, which is not unusual, but at times things get to busy or hetic that i am starving and grab what ever i can. There is no fast food at all, but there are chips, candy bars, and the biggest down fall of television dinners in our house that are loaded with no no's.
