Very Large Lady: Exercise Question
I know that is may sound dumb or silly, but i find a song that i like and play it at least 5 times before i decided to quit or to move on to the next song. I usually pick songs that are at least 3 minutes long or a short television series to watch, like an episode of the golden girls. Find something that will keep you going , those minutes will get easier and the pounds will come off faster.

Bloated
try to cut back on some foods that make your stomach feel icky and see if that helps. Once you pick up on whats bothering you then you can adjust your eating levels. I found that some of the dark leafy greens can make my stomack feel like canon balls and wars in there sometimes. I also found that eating a whole cucumber a day with all meals, kind of takes care of the icky feeling, and gets all the stuck gas in my body out. Sometimes i can feel like a hot air balloon that is ready to explode. Spinach in which i love is the worst on my stomach when its raw and i can't stand the site of it when its cooked. So i puree it and use it as a sauce or dipping sauce for different veggies. I cut back and no more tummy aches. I hope you find out what it is or else try some heart burn aid over the counter.

Jillians "shred"
I have both and haven't used them yet, but i loaned them to my sister in law and she likes them both. She had a baby about a year ago and she couldn't get the body figure back she wanted, so she used those along with some other exercise dvd's or games and shes back in shape. i go to a lot of auction sales or second hand stores, trade stuff, and get a few things for lower prices, which i need to get these back and start using them. This will get your joints, skin, and muscles back into shape and keeping your blood pumping. Good luck and keep up that good work.

HELP dealing with temptation
I know that the way i broke myself of Mcdonalds was to take a week or two worth of receipts and add them up. I found myself adding up a lot of money on fast food over a few weeks (usually 7 dollars a day 2x a week or more), which can add up to a weeks worth of fresh fruit or veggies. When i had the urge or was out and about and had that craving, i went home put the money in the jar, made myself eat something from home and before i knew it, i had tons of money at the end of two weeks. I took the money and bought me some new clothes from 5lbs falling off from not eating fast food. As for cookies at home, cook your cookies, but make enough batter for 5 medium size cookies, cook them and take them to a neighbors house, give to kids, or throw them out after taking a bite.
This sounds like some horrible ways to break bad habits, but sometimes it take weird things or maybe waisting money to break that bad habbit.

Buffets
I don't even need to go to a buffet for this problem. My problem is that i work out, work, eat a little bit every few hours, end up having a craving and eat stuff. Its called falling off that old wagon, learning a lesson, and try to learn from that experience. I don't care for buffets, because i am to cheap to pay for the food, considering that i make more at home for less. But, when i go to a buffet it doesn't take long to eat a few plates of food and four days worth of calories. The next time you go to a buffet, think about calories and all of that good stuff. Unless your super hungry and have a craving, then it can be very challenging, especially when you want to dig in to all of your favorite foods.
