Feel relieved after I fell-off and ate the cashews that I didn't need yesterday to find I hadn't gained any weight. Learned my lesson though. Cashew's don't do well for my digestive track. Won't do that again.
118.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
