Maintemance.

Lowest weight since the 80's. BMI still says I am overweight though at a BMI of 25.6. Govt website and APP want my BMI under 25 which I estimate is 61.6kg. However my doctor said I was just right at 65kg. Still on maintenance although starting to do light exercise has definitely increased my metabolism over the last few weeks. 30 minutes walking around my internal stairs per day 😂 plus Physio exercises to strengthen ankle, build up calves and quads to help the knee and ankle. I'm just enjoying the ride. Size is staying the same at an 8 to 10 or small as I gain muscle especially in legs and tone up. Going to continue doing what I'm doing diet wise. Having 1200 to 1800 calories per day, and have increased carbs from 80 to around 130g per day. I have light days then heavier days diet wise. Mixing it up keeps your metabolism moving and stops continual plateaus. Still keeping proteins and fats up and sugar low low low. Natural foods, limited Processed foods. Watch hidden sugars. All full fat, no low fat (hidden sugars).

Why change what I am doing when it's working. Onwards and downwards. ❤

Well done! I need to decrease my sugars - I'm having far too many of them because I'm on this extreme low fat diet and, because I can't have fat, I'm turning to sweet things to eat. Can't wait to get back to my normal diet which is far healthier, like yours.

@ambyhills - thanks for your suggestion but I'm having gallbladder problems at the moment so, for medical reasons, I'm on a low fat diet 🙁

Currently following a LCHF diet and have steadily lost 10kgs in 10 weeks. When you start to research this way of eating you see the great benefits to your health and wellbeing. 😀

I’ve had my gallbladder removed, I follow Dr Davis Wheat Belly it’s fantastic. It’s almost like LCHF but the carbs aren’t quite as low otherwise you can end up with kidney stones. Have a look at his Facebook pages, especially the official 10 day detox site. It’s the easiest thing I’ve ever done and so far lost 33.1 kg. Fat is fabulous for everyone, low fat is what is making everyone ill and fat ☹️
