Found out last night at TKD that one of my students has lost about 70 pounds and intends to lose a bunch more by June. He has done it really fast and I know I can too. He is doing a fantastic job and I am very proud of his accomplishment. I am going to use that as motivation to kick in gear my own loss. I will make it to 205, I will be there soon. I just have to decide how long it is going to take me.
222.8 lb Lost so far: 72.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
