im alittle excited cause ive done 7 days in a row, with only 1 day of failure, i havent been here in months😍 today i feel upbeat🤗 plus looking very much foward to Thanksgiving😆😅😄😃😂😁 i have told myself that i will eat everything but in small portions n only 1 small size dessert😉 then right back at this!!! still wish there was someone close by to do this with even tho they might not need to loose weight just to be support but a one on one 🤔🤔🤔
