week 2 another awesome week! lost another 2 lbs. eating a bit more food than week 1. Went to the gym 2 times last week. Full body workouts, Bench, squat and deadlifts mainly did though in some bicep curls and triceps pulldowns.
This week I will add more weight 10lbs on my bench and squat and 30 on deadlift. working on getting the motion back on my primary lifts. 2 more weeks of full body workouts them I can go back to my workout split. over all I say taking it slow and easy after really long layoff of working out has positive outcome.
still loosing weight. But also getting back my muscle memory I had a year ago. Everything is pumping back up as I use to look a year ago. lol
