Yikes, Don't stress, don't stress. DON'T STRESS!
165.1 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

could just be water weight. try not to weigh your self every day. you can fluctuate 2kgs just in water weight.
