Its been a busy few weeks for me full of stress, lack of sleep and alot of running around. My gym regimine has suffered a bit with all this, so unfortunately my weight loss is not that grand for the past couple weeks.
I had a Sales conference for work last week so that accounted for some very long work days, and catered food that wasn't axactly diet friendly, but I did faily well and ate as healthy as possible given the options. Didn't raid the desserts either, Go Me! LOL
I also had a huge test yesterday for the end of this semester, Finals suck and this one did especially, so there was some definite ups and downs these past few weeks. I PASSED though, so I'm super happy about that.
Now that my weeks have slowed back down a bit, for the time being anyway, I am going to make sure I make up for lost gym time. I'm determined not to give up this time I will meet my goal even if its only 2-3 lbs at a time. :-)
I have noticed that I'm going to have to add more Fiber into my diet, and change up my exercise routine a bit to stay on track and keep losing weight.

246.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hopefully, as the stress goes down so will the weight. It is so hard to eat well when you are tired and stressed. Good job on passing your final, that has to feel good. I'm sure you'll do better now that some of that stress is gone. Good luck!!

We'll always have ups and downs...that's just life. Congrats on passing - so at least something good came from the stress and lack of sleep. Now you can back on track and pick up the pace again...2-3 pounds at a time is good...more likely to stay off that way. And summer's coming...that usually helps.

Thank you mars2kids & mlb98. I am trying to stay on track through it all. The gym is good stress relief, so that helps in multiple ways :-) I had a great workout last night and plan to do the same tonight. So I'm aming high. I finally got below the 250 mark, so next step is to get below the 225 mark and then the 200 mark. Hopefully I can get down to atleast 170-180lbs before the holidays :-) Good Luck to both of you as well and thanks for the motivation.
