So...My went up a bit, but I'm so surprised it was so little! I ate a whole chipotle burrito at like 7PM and at the time, I was thinking to myself about all the sodium I was consuming. I assumed that I would be like 152~153.
Finished two days of Insanity, and I'm on my third tonight! Wow though, I can see why it's supposed to be good. My friends and I were sweating buckets! Hopefully I'll start seeing results next week!
