Okay. This is really strange. My weight refuses to move despite the changes I have made. I am going to keep doing what I am doing, eventhough the scale isn't moving. Hmmm!!!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
