I think my vacation had something to do with my weight fluctuation, even though I ate good, I got no exercise. It feels good to get back to the gym. I feel good, and won't let a few lbs get me down. Love that P90X INSANITY class!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
