:-(:-(:-( went camping and wasn't too careful, but 4lbs!!!!! here we go again.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it's fine to let it go sometimes, When i got hiking on weekends i never take care, but u should make sure to get back on track directly after that in order to not let the kilos gained settle in ur body.
