Wow what a couple weeks!! Been so busy havent had a chance to record an entry, check in with my buddies or anything. So i have been sticking to the eating portion of this plan 100% but working out not so much. I feel super lame! I joined 2 challenges and have not kept up with either of them. I did walk/run for 2 min/1 min intervals on Friday with a friend who is a runner. Dang that was a rough one. I have yet to repeat but am planning to tonight. Curves in my area is giving 30 days of free workouts for mothers day and i am going to check it out tonight. Maybe getting out of the house is the key for me. I come home from work everyday to my husband and little one and just want to hang with them. Oh and of course cook dinner and take care of whatever other household chores have popped up. I so need to put my health at the top of my list and remember that if i'm not healthy they suffer as well as me. Well enough for today....its Monday going to be in the 80s here and i have almost lost 10lbs. Not a bad start to the week at all.
