I am a 33 year old married mother of a wonderful 5 year old son. I have battled with my weight since i was a late teenager. I lost 150+ lbs and got down to my lowest weight of 150lbs when i was 20. I was able to maintain that weight for less then a year. Turned 21 and over the next couple years gained and got up to 170 thats pretty much where i stayed (+/- 5lbs) until i met my husband 7years ago. Gained another 20lbs while dating him then BAM pregnant:). So 1 pregnancy and 70lbs later (yeah i know wow!) i had a beautiful baby boy and was closer to my highest weight than i had been in years. I was miserable. Was able to lose 30lbs and got to 230 then i pretty much stayed there ever since. I really want another child and i want to be able to be the woman my husband first met. I want my son to know that spunky confidant woman that i was. So here we go!!!

Thank you so much Katiekinz & Millalite i really appreciate your feedback. I have been struggling with weight my entire life and thought i had finally formed a good relationship with food in my mid 20's....pregnancy came and BOOM not so good. I reverted back to bad choices and no exercise. I think Dukan may help me regain my healthy relationship with food and motivate me to remember how good regular exercise felt. Congrats MillaLite on 2 healthy pregnancies with minimal weight gain. That is what i hope to accomplish as well.

Help please!!! - Need tips to lost weight quickly & consistantly on Dukan Diet
Hello all....I am in a mad dash to lose as much weight as possible by September. I started the Dukan Diet on Monday the 16th and am hoping for tips from those of you that have had success on this plan. All total i have roughly 75lbs to lose to get to my true weight. I have a personal reason for wanting to lose the weight by September...i really want to get pregnant again. I am far to heavy right now to have a safe, comfortable pregnancy.

Any suggestions and help would be so so appreciated.
