Slowly getting there. I think I'll do a modified fast today. I was up really late last night working on Christmas bags so I'm pooped. My tummy is grumbling the hungries but I just don't feel like cooking for myself right now. I already did some prep work yesterday - I made low salt chicken sausage, steak, a pork roast and some cauliflour tots for this week.... so I'm less likely to stray from my plan. I have such a long list of things to do so I shouldn't have any problem keeping busy today.
