This crust is really simple and takes very little time.
Preheat oven to 500* (broil) with the rack on the second slot down.
Cut a piece of parchment paper the size of the crust you'd like to make.
12 oz canned chicken drained thoroughly (monitor ingredients - I use home canned chicken so I know there is nothing in it other than chicken). (0 NC)
2 oz grated Parmesan cheese (2 NC)
2 eggs (1.2 NC) - I probably could have gotten away with 1 egg
toss the chicken with the parmesan cheese and add the egg. Mix with a fork til completely combined.
Pat mixture onto a broiler safe pan covered with parchment paper. Broil for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Top with your favorite pizza toppings! This base holds up well and can be picked up like regular pizza.
I made sure to cover all of the parchment paper so it would burn / catch fire.
