BP 103/68 and new weight 159lbs.

Sleeping finally comes to me. A lifetime of insomnia and I'm finally able to sleep.

Deep breathing, mindful breathing, sitting up straight throughout the day, walking in the morning, stretching at night with breathing (no warming yoga after 4 pm)--sleep finally comes to me on a regular basis without waking up every 2 hours. Really nice.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
