I'm more energetic. I'm encouraged to do more. I can control my urge for food. My taste bud is not demanding. I eat my prepared food and I'm done!!
It used to be even when I felt full I was still wanting something more to eat. I'm just so happy to be at this point of my life where I can tell myself no and stick to it. After a while the urge goes away.
158.6 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
