It’s definitely depressing to see my weight going UP not down! Yes, I’ve eaten Bon Chon chicken & took off the sickening sweet skin!(I ate two WITH SKIN & whatever they put on it)! I’ve been even taking my blood ketones that read a whopping 0.3! My ua sticks have been showing trace to 0.6! Time to start over! It’s just disappointing, as my husband’s blood ketones were 0.6 with eating 8 Bon Chon & he DIDN’T remove the skin😩! I’ve been NOT eating ANY of the no no foods until 3 days ago! Let’s see if I do any better with the start over plan... Wish me luck & prayers!
