169.5 lbs and still going down! I broke my fast twice over last weekend for family dinners, and embarrassingly I broke down and ate cinnamon rolls Sunday and Monday while I was making them and then while they were sitting on my counter, whoops. I went back up to 176 before I doubled down and regained control. So I added 3 extra days to my fast, I'll be done Wednesday in time for lunch lol. I'm already planning my meals for next week so that I'll gain back minimally. I'm almost there!
