I went to a wedding. They had appetizers. I ate meat and cheese. Certainly not low fat. I also had a small serving of gree salad with raspberries and almonds. When I got home it was early 5ish and I hadn't had my Hcg1234 drops. I had waited for the required time since eating or drinking anything so had my drops, waited 30 minutes and had 2 servings of parsnips chips which are very low carbs, high fat and 480 calories for 2 servings. I kinda expected a weight gain this morning but was down instead. The hard thing when I have the chips is to stop. I applaud myself and praise God for answered prayer that I stopped as, most likely, could have finished off the bag. Is anybody else on Hcg with very low carbs but more fat than allowed on Hcg protocol? Sort of a combo between Hcg and Keto? I check my ketones a couple times a week and have had consistently good color.
