I am really getting a little discouraged as I have been reasonably well forthe last 5 days. I will not give up but also will try to give it a harder try. I hate alwasy being on a diet so to speak. I know everyone has heard this all before in their own words but it still needs to be said. I hate dieting but I hate being fat even more. So I will go forward and do better.Life is hard but life is harder if you're not happy.
186.4 lb Lost so far: 58.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.7 lb a week

Try being a little more flexible with your diet rules. If you want a cookie, eat your cookie WITH OUT GUILT! Just go for a walk later. Worrying too much about your diet will only add more stress. Be happy first and healthier will naturally follow. It may take longer to lose the lbs, but there more likely to stay gone.
