I haven't been eating as much so my weight is staying the same and at least not increasing. I'm meeting someone to hike today for the first time from a meet-up group. I've been wanting to hike wouldn't do it because of safety reasons. Having a job has helped me emotionally. I'm still not sleeping well even with meds and I'm not sure why. I know I need sleep to help drop weight and keep up my stamina. I get home 1-2 hrs before it's bedtime, I get on the computer and fall asleep on the chair. I really think having someone to exercise with will be a big help.
