My biggest problem is wanting to cook. I live with others & must clean up their items before I can start. There is very little space on the kitchen counters.
I sure could use a buddy that can help me stay accountable. It would be very helpful to have a menu plan where I can have the information placed on the computer with a few of the same meals during the week so that I can preplan & precook my meals. The idea of a different meal for each meal is obnoxious, costly & super time consuming. The less time I spend in the kitche & the more I have my meals precooked, the more I will see success!

I haven't been eating as much so my weight is staying the same and at least not increasing. I'm meeting someone to hike today for the first time from a meet-up group. I've been wanting to hike wouldn't do it because of safety reasons. Having a job has helped me emotionally. I'm still not sleeping well even with meds and I'm not sure why. I know I need sleep to help drop weight and keep up my stamina. I get home 1-2 hrs before it's bedtime, I get on the computer and fall asleep on the chair. I really think having someone to exercise with will be a big help.

I'm now on meds to help me get my stress in order so I can focus on getting fit. I've been so sleepy during the day that I take my lunch to nap and I should be walking. I'm working to get people in my area together to have exercise with and get fit for life. I'd even be willing to cook for them a day a week if they are willing to share what they cook for me another day. It would reduce preparation time down. Eating alone isn't so much fun either. I get in from work after my family has already eaten. At least I no longer live alone. One step at a time and I'll results. I'll be so glad to get some of this in order so I can focus on getting my Project Management Certification studies completed and the PMP test out of the way for some fun ahead.
