Today is like my second birthday! 2 years ago I commited to myself to start being honest with myself about my intake, and allow myself to have whatever I wanted, with the awareness that I could witness myself lose or gain..
I lost 20 pounds that first month...
As of today, I have lost 50 pounds!
Gone from a size 16 to a size 6!
Anyone can do this, just do it!
128.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
