Using fatsecret.com has made me realize just how much FAT and CARBS i eat every day!! I've been trying to eat mostly protein, but it's very hard to get my protein ratio up without upping my fat too!
unless i eat egg whites and protein shakes all day... which i guess i COULD :D

I've officially lost 10 lbs in total since i started my diet and exercise plan since december!!! not half bad!! I try to eat a lot of fruits and veggies, lean meats and drink a lot of water. If you succeed in doing so most of the time, it's easier to forgive yourself for eating very bad foods (once in a while :D).

I've done very well with small frequent portions throughout the day. I think it's easier once you get into the habit of doing it... Then big meals just don't make you feel right!! the guilt and the uncomfortable feeling!

I haven't been going to curves lately, I missed all of last week, but starting Monday I'm back at it, you betcha!!

Good luck everyone, it's all a state of mind! WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT??? to be fat forever!?? NO WAY!

148.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
