I injured my right shoulder in April. I've been out of the gym for 6 months.
I've been drinking too much and eating whatever I want. I'm probably over 30% body fat.
I can't stand to look in the mirror without a shirt.
I went to buy a dress shirt and I have an 18" neck.
My wife called me 'mop qua' and 'heo mop'
I started doing the rehab exercises with the rubber bands a month ago.
I got on the scales yesterday and this is the heaviest I've ever been.
I lifted weights. I went very light, and only used half as much weight with my right hand as my left.
I did 15 minutes of cardio, but not all at once. I broke it into 3 sessions.
