ate very clean yesterday. Drank lots of water. Woke up almost 4lbs lighter. I know this won't last. I'm thinking I might lose 10 lbs the first week, then 5lbs/week after that. My new goal is te be under 200 lbs by the end of December. Yes, this is a strange time of year to get serious about my health.
