Well, with the endoscopy this week my eating habits were all buggered anyway. I consider this a successful week because no gain. Back on track again.
320.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2517 kcal Fat: 111.07g | Prot: 136.22g | Carb: 247.82g.   Breakfast: scrambled egg, biscuit, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Lunch: All Natural Honey BBQ Flavored Crisp Potato Chips (Family Size), Honey Deli Ham, Ciabattini Rolls, 2% Reduced Fat Deluxe American Cheese, Deli Thin Sliced Turkey, Mayonnaise. Dinner: Cheddar Cheese, Honey Deli Ham, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Syrup, Extra Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream, Gala Apples, Beef Jerky, Fiber One Chewy Bars, Banana, Coffee. more...
